Finished My Podcast Homework

I've been taking an online podcasting class taught by Donna Eyestone in my spare-ha!-time at City College of San Francisco.
My brain has certainly expanded in the last 6 weeks. Thanks, Donna!

So now I'm testing to see if this will link to my podcasts. I think we might have to click on the "Finished My Podcast Homework" above.
If the link works, please take a look (or should I say, a listen?) And no, you don't need an iPod to listen to a podcast. You just click on the link to hear it play, or download it for free, or subscribe (still free) and listen on your computer (for free) with iTunes. Did I mention it was free?

My first 2 podcasts are Cinder Rabbit Activities 1 & 2. I talk about my inspiration for writing the book, share discussion starters, fun drawing and writing prompts, PE, counting, and vocabulary activites for young readers. Plus we get to hear a cool sounding bass. There's a pdf of free downloadable activities related to Cinder Rabbit. I'll be adding more podcasts as soon as I have more spare-ha!-time.

Cinder Rabbit is a young chapter book illustrated by Elyse Pastel. It's 64 pages long and intended for early readers ages 6 to 9. It will be published very soon--April 2008--by Henry Holt.

And if you're going to be in San Francisco on Sat. April 19th, please stop by Cover to Cover Books on Castro Street near 24th at 3:00 for my Cinder Rabbit booksigning party. All ages and reading levels are invited!

Forecast: Increased podcasting with decreased likelihood of spare time.
