Whew, what a workout. I held my breath the whole time too. I didn't want to get any salt water or seaweed up my nose. Thanks for the exercise plan.

Great! I did the thing for approx 1 minute while sitting at the keyboard..My chair moves and swivels with my movements. Dad watched and smiled.
How can I get this to come up every 10 minutes or so while at the keyboard?
